Free English Classes

Our English Language classes are designed to teach those whose primary language is not English. In our classes, students will learn listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Classes help students build self-confidence, explore career potential and develop job-readiness skills.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Orientation is Required for All Students

Current English classes end on June 25. Before starting or returning to classes in July, all students must attend Orientation at their desired class site.

What Happens During Orientation?

  • Learn about program expectations
  • Complete registration paperwork
  • Complete a verbal and/or written assessment

Important Information

  • Please arrive on time for Orientation.
  • Classes resume on July 15 for students who have attended Orientation.
  • You are welcome to bring a counselor, caseworker, friend or family member to assist you with the registration paperwork.
  • Additional Orientation dates will be available in September.
