
Phlebotomy
Learn to be a Phlebotomist in just 200 hours and be ready to start a new career! 75 hours of theory will include techniques of drawing blood, finger sticks, other specimen collection, safety procedures, infection control, suitability of specimen, quality assurance and a review of the HIPAA Act. This program requires a mandatory 125 hour unpaid clinical internship. Get a Certificate of Completion from this course and get right to work! (200 Hour Program)

Registration Process
This program requires an application and entrance exam.
- Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Application
- Step 2: Choose a TABE Test Date (Testing details will be emailed to you prior to your selected test date.)

Financial assistance may be available through ACCES-VR, DCC (prev. BETC)/SUNY Erie One Stop, NETC, the US Department of Veterans Affairs or other sources.
A $300 security deposit is required to reserve your spot in this class.
- Tuition does not include student uniforms. These are the responsibility of the student to obtain. The approximate cost is $130 and is subject to change.
Admissions Requirements
- A TABE score of 9.0 in reading and 6.0 in math*.
- A personal interview will be conducted.
- A valid high school diploma or equivalency.
- An up-to-date physical with immunizations.
*Exceptions to admission scores may be considered based on work history, prior education, personal interview, and employer recommendations.
